Domestic Shipping

Not all items are always available in stock. When ordering please take note of the production times stated on the product description as these times are not inclusive of shipping duration.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, our courier company will notify you via the contact information you provide during checkout so please ensure your information is accurate and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

If you have any special needs, please include such needs in the comment/notes section on the checkout page and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that such needs are evaluated on a case by case basis.

If you need overnight shipping should in case you have a deadline, kindly confirm before you finalize your order. Your items will be shipped on your request and instruction.

Delivery Charges

Kampein.com.com delivers items purchased on the website across Nigeria. Delivery charge is dependent on your location within the country. All print orders are exclusive of shipping cost unless otherwise mentioned.

Receiving Your Order

Your order may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is complete, accurate and is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). Please note, Kampein.com or our delivery company will not be held liable for deliveries made to a wrong address.

If no one is available to receive or sign for your parcel at the specified address, our delivery company will notify you of an attempted delivery.

To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘in a safe place’ at the address.

Packages with a business address will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address and may not be directly delivered to the recipient. Please note, we will not be held responsible for packages signed by unauthorized persons at your delivery point (home or work) or packages with inaccurate shipping address.

Depending on your delivery address, we process our deliveries through Kampein.com Express Delivery and DHL.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped out from our production facilities in Abuja & Lagos. Deliveries within Abuja take 1 – 2 days while deliveries from Abuja to all other locations take 5 – 7 days. Please take these times as well as production times into consideration if you are outside of Abuja FCT and need to place an order with a deadline

Return Policy

We offer a standard 7 day return policy for eligible print items in case you need to make a return and request a reprint. To return any items printed on kampein.com, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy.
